1. Return Period:
  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the day your order is received. All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened. Any items that are returned in a condition that is not resellable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Faulty Products:
  • If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance. Faulty products can be returned within a 7-day period following receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.
3. Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill the forum. Once we receive your details, a replacement will be created. A courier rider will take the current product from you & deliver the new one.
4. Refunds:
  • Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued via the bank transfer payment method. Please note that refund times are subject to bank processing delays and are beyond our control.
5. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned to us safely. THECREW is not liable for any items lost during return transit.
6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
  • Please note that if the return or exchange is due to customer's change of mind or a mistaken order they placed, delivery charges will not be refunded. We seek your understanding that any costs incurred for shipping are only refundable when the fault lies with THECREW, such as in cases of faulty products, packing mistakes etc.
